The painted Duncan Phyfe hutch has been cleaned and painted in my go to Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in my perfect “greige” colour called French Linen. The inside of the hutch was painted in ASCP `Old White. All edges were distressed lightly with 150 grit sandpaper and then waxed with ASCP Soft Clear Wax.
Annie Sloan Chalk Paint is still my favourite paint to work with. It truly is a premium chalk paint. Not much prep work required, paint covers really really well and the different paint techniques are endless.
The hardware on this piece got a spray of Rustoleum Oil Rubbed Bronze spray to give it a classic finish. The fretwork on this piece is really lovely. I just love the fluid shape of it behind the glass and in front of the interior white of the hutch.
It measures: 32″W x 15 1/2″D x 65″H.
What a lovely cabinet indeed.

Thanks Amanda- That’s a good question I don’t really know… the contractor suggested it and we went with it.
I just looked it up and that for sure is what it is …. a unilock product. I noticed on Facebook that your husband was moving stone for a back patio… I hope he’s not doing it ALL himself!?!
Enjoy your day!!
